Scheduling
All appointments, and rescheduling are best done online at www.schedulicity.com. Please keep in mind, due to the nature of our business, we often do not receive emails, voicemails, or return phone calls until the end of our day, so it is our policy all cancelations must be made online 48 hours prior to your booked appointment, otherwise they incur a cancelation fee.
If you have any questions, feel free to call the spa, and we will return your phone call within 24-48 hours. The quickest way to get information about sweet to the soul services is on the menu tab and the most convenient way to book is on Schedulicity.com. All new clients are asked to initially book online, as personal information, such as your credit card , must be collected for any bookings at the soul.
If canceling appointments, you must do so on Schedulcity.com to avoid any late fees, rather than leaving a voicemail, especially after hours or overnight. Phone calls, texts, DMs, and voicemails are not valid forms of cancelations and will incur a late fee if not received within 48 hours before your appointment. We apologize for any inconvenience, but because of the nature of our business, we don’t always receive these forms of cancelations in time to rebook other clients, so canceling online is required. No Show / Same Day Cancellation Policy
We value your time, and we kindly ask for an equal exchange. Please cancel your appointments on Schedulcity.com within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment so that we may have enough time to fill your spot and assist other guests who may want to visit the spa at your designated time. However, it goes without saying, that we appreciate if you cancel your appointment immediately if you know in advance that you cannot make it, rather than waiting to the last moment, or when you receive your confirmation. This gives us more time to fill your spot and gives other guests an opportunity to fill the spot you can’t make. Thank you for your consideration.
If you are running late, there is a five minute grace period for scheduled wax. If you are more than 5 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule, and a cancelation fee will be collected, otherwise no future appointment may be booked. For facials, any time late will be deducted from your service scheduled, without any price reduction. No exceptions. Please plan thoughtfully.
We understand life gets hectic, emergencies happen, and sometimes we are forgetful, but please keep in mind we have designated this special time completely for you and it only takes a few seconds to cancel so we can open up our schedule for other guests.
All no-shows or same day cancelations will be charged 100% fee of the booked services. no exceptions. If credit card is declined, you will not be able to book any future appointments online. Instead, you will be redirected to call the spa, at which point a late fee must be collected before rebooking any future services. To avoid any issues when booking, kindly log onto www.schedulicity.com to book, cancel, and/or reschedule all appointments. Phone calls, voicemails, texts, social media direct messages, and emails are not accepted as valid forms of cancelations and must be canceled 48 hours before service time to avoid any cancelation fee. Deposit Policy
Currently, all facial treatments require a non-refundable deposit. Our policy allows only one reschedule, after which point if rescheduled another additional time, deposit is lost, and new deposit is required for booking. This policy helps guests to plan, and commit to their visits, as continual rebooking holds, and takes up space on our schedules that could have gone to others. Please plan your skincare thoughtfully.
Gift Certificate Policy
To redeem gift certificates, you must present upon arrival, and be used before the printed expiration date, no exceptions. All lost or misplaced gift certificates will become invalid, and service cannot be redeemed without them, as gift certificates are equal to cash. Gift certificates are non-transferable, and refunds, exchanges, and cash redemptions are not granted. All gift certificates have a shelf life of six months, and are invalid upon expiration. Gift certificate appointment cancellations must be made within 48 hours, or gift certificate are liable to cancellation fees. All same day cancelations, and/or no shows will result in total loss of gift certificate amount. Please plan thoughtfully.
Credit Card Deposit
To ensure proper cancellation time, all appointments require a credit card to hold appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you fail to call and/or cancel in advance. If your card is invalid, you will be removed from the online booking system, and booking any future appointments until card is updated, and any fees lost are collected. Also, a small service fee charged is included with all credit card payments. We plan thoughtfully for you, and we expect you to do the same for us! It’s all about a mutual respectful exchange at the soul! When you fail to cancel or show up, the cancelation fee covers our lost income. If you know you can’t make it, or have changed your mind about coming in, simply cancel within 48 hours of your service, it’s that easy. No one likes late fees, and they are a total bummer for us too! Thank you for understanding, and please plan thoughtfully.
Refund Policy
There are no refunds on any services/series and gift certificates or product sales. Please keep in mind, when you buy from a small business, we are not afforded the luxury of large corporations with bulk discounting, and where returns do not affect their bottom dollar. Small business often takes a financial hit with returns, as sometimes our distributers do not accept returns that have been used, but when they do, we also have to pay for the S&H of these returns, which would result in a further financial hit.
Updated COVID 19 Safety Measures
Although the world has moved on (thank God) from the fear of Covid, it is our aim to continue to create a healthy environment for everyone. We still take our safety protocols seriously, and do our upmost to create a clean, sanitary, and safe environment. Facial room, and commonly used items and areas, like the bathroom, and doorhandles, are still sanitized after every use to avoid cross contamination of germs, blood, and others such contaminants, so you can be sure the soul is a safe, and sanitary environment. Luckily most of us are healthy, and covid isn’t such a grave issue for most of us anymore, but we continue to strive to keep the soul as safe as possible for those with compromised immune systems, and/or for those who have loved ones at home that do, and really just for everyone in general, because a dirty facial room/spa is just plain gross! We want it to be safe for you when you come here, and when you leave:

Facial Masks
Currently, facial masks are not required before entering the spa, but if you feel like you want to wear one, absolutely no judgement here.
Car Check In
When you arrive, you will be asked to text your provider. Please do not come to the front door until you have received confirmation. We ask that you be patience for our response, as there are times we may be running late, and cannot immediately respond to your text. We are indeed here, just helping other guests, and ask you not to leave. If we are running late on a Brazilian, we can still have you out at your original time, as not to disrupt your schedule. If you have a facial booked, we will make up any lost time on our part. If you leave, it will be considered a no-show, and will result in full cancelation fees of all services booked. Your patience, and consideration are appreciated.
Health
If you are sick with the cold or the flu, or taking care of your loved ones at home who may be, please reschedule your appointment at the soul in advance. Our goal is to stay healthy, so if you are sick, have a cough, or show visible signs of illness, you will be asked to reschedule with full cancelation fee.

We accept Venmo, Apple pay, and Cash, which is always appreciated. Major credit cards are accepted, however, with a 5% service fee included.
