Spa Etiquette
Upon arrival, please silence, and tuck away your cell phone, and allow yourself to begin to unwind, and relax. Currently, we kindly ask that all guests check in via text before their service, and be ready for their treatment upon arrival, so you can enjoy every ounce of your service, as treatment begins at scheduled time, regardless if you are running late. Please keep in mind, there is a five minute only grace period for waxing services, and your appointment may be canceled, and a cancelation fee will incur if you are later than five minutes. We value all of our client’s time, and also consider their schedules, and when a guest is late, it’s sets back the whole day for our staff, as well as our guests schedules. Please plan your self care thoughtfully.
If you are sick with the cold, or flu, and/or taking care of your loved ones at home who may be, please take time to recover before scheduling any appointment at the soul. Our goal is to accommodate guests, and we can not give a 100% if we are not at our best. If you are sick, have a cough, or show visible signs of illness, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment, and a full cancelation fee will be collected before future bookings. No exceptions.
We love children, your friends, and family, but we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing them in when you visit the spa, as we want to keep the environment as relaxing, and safe as possible. Please avoid bringing any guests who are not receiving a treatment with you day of service. If guest is joining you, they will be asked to wait outside during your treatment. No exceptions. Please plan your self care thoughtfully.
Please refrain from bringing in any food into the spa, as many people have food allergies, and aversions. Also, if you plan on bringing coffee or drinks, please keep in mind, it is clients responsibility to dispose of, as we kindly request you take your items home to be recycled.
Please be mindful of other guest, and services, and use your spa voice, and refrain from any phone calls while visiting, if possible. Please arrive ready, and prepared for your service, so that you can enjoy your full soul experience.
Please be mindful of the shared, and sacred space at the soul. Keeping our space sanitary is a number one priority at the soul. If using the bathroom, please do not squat on our toilet. Our bathroom is cleaned after every guest use, and we also leave disinfecting wipes to use at your discretion. Also, please tidy up any mess made after bathroom use. We would appreciate if you wipe down any splashed water on sink, and surrounding areas after washing your hands. We aim to makes the soul the tidiest, and most sanitary spa in Whittier, so we appreciate your consideration. Lastly do not flush any unnecessary items in the toilet, as our pipes are very sensitive. or throw any food/drinks away in our bathroom trash. Thank you.
We kindly ask that we be mindful of these things, and we thank you for your consideration. We look forward to seeing your soul.
xo,
sweet to the soul
